Good Morning Tigers - just touching base.
This week we will condition as scheduled - M, W, TH at school. We will follow our structure of Lower Body Strength, Upper Body Strength, then Whole Body+fun
Workouts will be 4:00-5:30 this week
For those that haven't checked in a while go into and make sure your physical is up to date. We have a handful of them expiring this month
